We are located near the intersection of 3 streets -- opposite the South Green.  We are just down the “hill” from Wesleyan University and one block from Middlesex Hospital.  Although we are located in a prominent building -- historic too!  -- it has  been said that we are in the  largest “invisible” building in Middletown. It is not that hard to find us and we have plenty of parking.

We are at the intersection of South Main Street, Broad Street and Church Street.  Our parking lot entrance is on the Church Street side as is our main entrance.

From New Haven or areas to the west of Middletown: take I  91 to Route 66 eastbound and follow that into Middletown.  Make a right on to Broad Street.  Be careful at this point- you will be going down a hill and there will be a large church on your right and a children's museum/activity center just beyond Broad Street.  Go to the end of Broad Street. Make a sharp right and then a sharp left into our parking lot.

From Hartford or adjacent areas and from the shoreline: take Route 9 to Route 66 westbound.  At the second traffic light make a left turn on to Broad Street go to the end.  Make a sharp ride and a sharp left into our parking lot. 

If you are coming in for a Medical consultation it is a big help if you go offsite to fill out the following FORM!  It is helpful for all initial visits but is always optional.
